Hello Purefoy Families,
We had a great week at Purefoy. Thank you so much for joining us on Monday for conferences. I hope you walked away with helpful information about your child and their performance at school. We appreciate you taking time out of your day to visit with the teachers.
This week I loved watching reader’s workshop in second grade. They are working on reading partnerships. The students practiced discussing their reading lives and how their partner could help them with their reading. The conversations about reading was thoughtful and insightful for 7 year olds! I was so impressed with their dialogue about their reading lives.
