What a great week at school. It has been such a treat watching our students grow academically. First Grade is exploring nonfiction text in their reading and science. The students were working to understand the different text features and the importance of nonfiction text. They really are sponges! Many kiddos have told me what they are reading and new information they have learned from reading nonfiction. Very exciting!
