Dear Purefoy Parents,
Every year it still amazes me…the generosity of our students, families and community. The outpouring of support for our Angels was inspiring. Thank you for demonstrating to our children that when we give….what we receive back is so much more.
Yes, today was slime day!! Top earners from every class got to pour slime on us. Some of the kiddos were kind, while others enjoyed it WAY TOO MUCH! The PTA decided to alter their slime recipe to include pudding this year. It was so much fun getting out of my hair. :-)Thanks to Coach Rodriguez for jumping in and being a great sport when covered in green slime. It was a lot of fun.
This week a student came in to share how he has improved in his reading. I just loved seeing his big smile and knowing that he felt really good about himself as a reader; one of the great perks of my job.
